Rose Garden - Christchurch Botanic Garden (by Old Lady)

“A place fit for a Princess”…Nell and Liz adore the Rose Garden so much. Nell was running around trying to get as many photos as possible of the variety colors of roses blooming in the garden, and Liz getting me to pose with the bed of roses of colors that she fancy. Surprise!! Surprise!!! It got the Old man into this flowers photo taking craze thru out the trip too.

This is a haven for rose lovers and plants alike….Entering into The Christchurch Rose Garden is like walking down the aisle of rose petals under a rose arch with bed of roses receiving you. The varieties of roses itself is a feast to the beholder – old roses of every size and colors, tumbling, climbing, dangling, flopping, diversifying - and some peacefully calm and just sitting still.

Here are some beautiful shots from Nell.
